Please allow up to 5 days for our suppliers to process your order. After your product is shipped, you will get your package in 4-13 days.
We offer fast and free shipping store wide. Most orders are sent via USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
We do our best to ship your order in the shortest time possible; however, we do not offer expedited shipping.
For faster delivery, we ship each item as soon as it's processed. If your order contains multiple items, you will receive your order in multiple packages.
Please be aware that we ship each item separately. Processing takes up to 5 days, and shipping time is 4-13 days. Sometimes due to high order volumes, shipping may take longer. If you still haven't received your order in the time specified, contact us for a full refund.
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, send along a picture, and we’ll give you a full refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one!
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Because every return has a carbon footprint. We like to keep everything pet and environment-friendly! Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full!
Cancellations are possible only if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it!
